No person or business shall engage in any activity, conduct, use or venture that is contrary to any federal, state, or local law or ordinance, nor any rule or regulation adopted by any duly authorized federal, state, or local agency. No enumeration of particular laws, rules, or regulations in the ordinances of the Village of Kingsley shall be held to be exclusive.
