§ 52.09 SEWER RATES AND CHARGES FOR USERS LOCATED OUTSIDE VILLAGE LIMITS.

Notwithstanding the above, owners of premises located outside the village limits in Paradise Township and connected to the sewer system shall pay charges for sewer services as defined in § 51.01 at 200% of the amount charged with respect to premises located within the village.
