5-5-5: USE OF FIREWORKS PROHIBITED:
The use of fireworks within the jurisdiction of the City in violation of this chapter are hereby declared to be a public nuisance, except as provided by section 5-5-2 of this chapter. (Ord. 2021-003, 4-12-2021)
