Building lines shall be provided for all residential subdivisions as follows:
A. A front building line shall be located at least twenty five feet (25') back of the street right of way line.
B. A side yard building line on the side or a corner lot abutting the street shall be located not less than twenty five feet (25') back of the street right of way when such lot is back to back with another lot and not less than twenty five feet (25') back of the street right of way line in every other case, as set forth in the zoning regulations, section 11-7-3 of this code.
