3.12.080: LIMITATIONS ON CLAIMS AGAINST CITY:
The holder or owner of any local improvement district bond or warrant shall have no claim thereon against the city except to the extent of the funds created and received by the assessments against the property within any local improvement district, and to the extent of his pro rata share of any local improvement guarantee fund. (Ord. 115 § 8, 1949)
