15.44.020: OCCUPANCY PERMIT:
The following policy requiring the recording of a notice of nonissuance of occupancy permit is required to be recorded with the Twin Falls County recorder on real property where there has been no request for an occupancy permit or correction of noncompliance issues for a period of sixty (60) days. (Res. 190 § 3, 1998)
