The city treasurer is hereby authorized to invest any money of the city in any of those bonds, certificates of deposit, treasury bills, notes, obligations, debentures, repurchase agreements, tax anticipation notes, warrants, and/or accounts specified in Idaho Code section 50-1013 as now in force or as may hereafter be amended. It is the intention of this chapter to give the city treasurer the broadest authority allowed by law in the investment of city funds. (Ord. 596, 2013)
