13.16.190: WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMITTING; EXTRAJURISDICTIONAL USERS:
Any existing user located beyond the city limits required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit shall submit a wastewater discharge permit application as outlined in section 13.16.170 of this chapter. New source and new users located beyond the city limits required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit shall comply with section 13.16.180 of this chapter. (Ord. 468 § 3.3, 1995)
