13.16.150: SEPTIC TANK WASTES AND RV DUMPS:
   A.   Septic tank waste may be introduced into the POTW only at a designated receiving structure within the treatment plant area, and at such times as are established by the superintendent. Such wastes shall not violate this section or any other requirements established or adopted by the city. Wastewater discharge permits for individual vehicles to use such facilities shall be issued by the superintendent.
   B.   Septage haulers may only discharge loads at locations specifically designated by the superintendent. No load may be discharged without prior consent of the superintendent. The superintendent may collect samples of each hauled load to ensure compliance with applicable pretreatment standards. The superintendent may require the hauler to provide a waste analysis of any load prior to discharge.
   C.   Septage haulers must provide a waste tracking form for every load. This form shall include, at a minimum, the name and address of the waste hauler, permit number, truck identification, sources of waste, and volume and characteristics of waste.
   D.   Fees for dumping hauled wastes will be established as part of the user fee system as authorized in article 13 of this chapter.
   E.   Recreational vehicles (RV) waste tank effluent is allowed to be disposed of by the general public at the designated RV dump site as identified by the city of Kimberly; provided, however, that the RV dump site is for RV waste tank effluent disposal only and all such wastes shall not violate this title or any other restrictions or requirements established or adopted by the city of Kimberly. Commercial haulers are not allowed to discharge any waste or effluent of any kind into the RV dump site. (Ord. 616, 2014: Ord. 468 § 2.12, 1995)
