2.32.020: CITY ADMINISTRATION AUTHORITY:
The mayor and city clerk are authorized to execute on behalf of the city, the adopting employer's joinder and the trust agreement and are authorized to execute any other documents required to put said plan into effect and to submit the same to the internal revenue service for qualification and to comply with all other requirements of law concerning the pension plan. (Ord. 349 § 2, 1978)
