The Penn Mutual Insurance Company's "prototype fully insured or split funded nonintegrated money purchase employee pension plan and trust", plan IV-C-1, as modified to include voluntary employee contributions and the accompanying adopting employer's joinder are adopted as the city pension plan for its employees qualifying thereunder.
