2.28.020: RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE:
The office of the city which shall serve as the office responsible for coordination of efforts to comply with the policy stated in section 2.28.010 of this chapter and any other related federal regulations, is the office of the city administrator. (Res. 291, 2013: Ord. 405 § 2, 1984)
