Any person violating any of the terms of this article shall be fined in a sum not to exceed that allowed by state statute and imprisoned not to exceed thirty (30) days or both such fine and imprisonment. Each and every day during which said violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. (Ord. 303 § 27, 1975)
