13.04.220: VIOLATION; LIABILITIES AND PENALTIES CUMULATIVE:
All of the liabilities and penalties, including disconnection of water service for violation of this article, are cumulative and prosecution taken under one of the remedies provided shall not affect the right of the city to take prosecution under any other or all of the other methods provided in this article. (Ord. 303 § 28, 1975)
