Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be served by the water superintendent or other authorized person with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The time limit shall not be less than two (2) nor more than seven (7) working days. If the offender fails to correct the violation within the time limit provided, then the offender shall be subject to all other penalties and liabilities provided by this article. (Ord. 303 § 26, 1975)
