13.04.140: NONLIABILITY OF CITY:

The city shall not be liable in damages to any water user by reason of interruption of water supply occasioned by decrease of the supply of water in the city water system or by any other cause accidental in nature or while repairing the city water system, pumps or wells. (Ord. 303 § 14, 1975)
