A. Where two (2) or more parties or premises are supplied with water from the same service line and one defaults in payment of service charges or is in violation of any regulation or ordinance pertaining thereto, the city shall terminate water service to both of the parties or premises connected to the one service line.
B. Service to the premises which is not delinquent in user charges or in violation will be restored upon the installation of a separate service line to the parties or premises at the expense of the user. Service to the parties or premises which is delinquent in the payment of user charges or in violation will be restored after installation of a separate service line for the parties or premises at the expense of the user and the payment of fees and charges and the delinquent user charges as provided by ordinance and rules and regulations of the city.
C. All water installations and connections to the city water service shall be made so only one premises or user party shall be connected to each service line. (Ord. 448, 1992: Ord. 377, 1981)
