13.04.100: UNAUTHORIZED USE PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any water user to permit any person from another premises or any unauthorized person to use or obtain water from his premises or water system whether it is from the inside or outside of the building on the premises. (Ord. 303 § 10, 1975)
