13.04.090: UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person to turn on or authorize the turning on of water to any premises to which the water supply has been turned off by the city for nonpayment of water charges or other violations of this article. (Ord. 303 § 9, 1975)
