Any violation of the provisions of this chapter or a failure to comply with any of its requirements shall constitute an infraction and be subject to the violation and penalty criteria set-forth below:
A. 1st Offense: A first offense shall be an infraction punishable by a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
B. 2nd Offense: A second offense shall be an infraction punishable by a fine of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
Fine amounts do not include associated legal and or court costs. (Ord. 654, 2018)
