The Mayor and Council may, by resolution or ordinance, adopt rules, application fees and regulations governing the use of the public parks, public playgrounds, stages, covered shelters, athletic fields, picnic grounds/public places, and other buildings or grounds of any kind or description, to which the public has general access.
After the adoption of any such rules and regulations pursuant to this chapter, rules and regulations adopted, governing the use of such facility shall be available at Kimberly City Hall, 242 Highway 30 and on the Kimberly web site "cityofkimberly.org". Public parks shall have signage posted stating that park regulations are available at Kimberly City Hall and notice of any reserved areas.
It shall likewise be the duty of the Planning and Zoning Administrator/CSO (Community Service Officer) to post copies of any such rules and regulations in conspicuous places in or around any public grounds. Such regulations shall be either typewritten or printed in English and in Spanish so that the same may be easily read by persons using any of the facilities of the grounds or buildings governed by such rules and regulations.
