A. Definitions: For the purpose of this section, the following words shall have the meaning subscribed thereto as follows:
COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY: Means any display, enterprise, promotion, arts and crafts display, exhibit, organized athletic events having more than fifteen (15) players, food or drink concessions, yard sale or any activity at which goods or services are sold, or donated or an admission fee or use fee is required and private teaching/instruction classes not associated with athletic sports.
PUBLIC PARK: Shall refer to any park owned by the City.
B. Enforcement: The Planning and Zoning Administrator/CSO (Community Service Officer) shall process the park reservation applications, post the parks rules and regulations and enforce this chapter. Citations for violations shall be issued by the Kimberly Police Department. (Ord. 654, 2018)
