12.16.100: REMOVAL OF TREES THAT ARE NOT APPROVED:
Any tree planted in violation of the preceding two (2) sections of this chapter may be removed by the city and the expenses therefor may be charged to the person planting the same. (Ord. 514 § 1, 2003)
