The term of the five (5) persons appointed by the mayor shall be three (3) years, except that the terns of two (2) of the at large members appointed to the first committee shall be only one year and term of the other two (2) at large members of the first committee shall be for two (2) years. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any members, his or her successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term. (Ord. 514 § 1, 2003)
