12.16.040: ESTABLISHMENT OF A SHADE TREE COMMITTEE:
There is hereby created and established a shade tree committee for the city of Kimberly, which shall consist of five (5) members who reside within the city. The committee shall be comprised of four (4) at large members and one member who shall be a member of the parks and recreation commission. (Ord. 514 § 1, 2003)
