Any person who fails within five (5) days to display the numbers as required in this chapter, after first being given a written or oral warning by a city official, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding that allowed by state statute. Such violation shall be an infraction and each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 406 § 4, 1985)
