Every owner of a lot upon which a building or structure is located shall display on the premises the number assigned by the city clerk. The number shall be located so as to be clearly visible from the street and displayed in numerals or letters at least four inches (4") high. On corner lots, the clerk shall designate which street the numbers will face. (Ord. 406 § 2, 1985)
