10.08.090: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine not exceeding that allowed by state statute. (Ord. 428, 1988: Ord. 370, 1979: Ord. 363 § 5, 1979)
