10.08.060: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
   A.   Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding that allowed by state statute. The cost of removal shall be included in any such fine imposed.
   B.   Each day of violation under this article shall be deemed a separate offense and punishable as the same. (Ord. 428, 1988: Ord. 422 § 6, 1987)
