10.04.010: STATUTES ADOPTED:
There are adopted the provisions of chapters 7, 8 and 9 of title 49, Idaho Code, motor vehicle laws of the state, as now existing and as may be amended and supplemented, as the law within the limits of the city. (Ord. 428, 1988: Ord. 261 § 1, 1972)
