9.08.050: POSSESSION BY MINORS PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person of less than eighteen (18) years of age within the corporate limits of the city to have in his possession or to smoke within said limits any cigarettes, cigars or tobacco. (Ord. 4 § 2, 1919)
