9.08.040: SALE OR DISTRIBUTION TO MINORS PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell, barter or give away directly or indirectly to any person or persons under the age of eighteen (18) years, cigarettes or tobacco used in making cigarettes, or to sell or give away directly or indirectly to such person or persons, cigars, chewing tobacco or smoking tobacco of any kind. (Ord. 4 § 1, 1919)
