9.04.040: PENALTY FOR VIOLATION:
Any person or persons violating sections 9.04.010 through 9.04.030 of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction of the same shall be fined in any sum not exceeding that allowed by state statute. (Ord. 5 § 8, 1919)
