9.04.020: POISONING ANIMALS:
It is unlawful for any person within the limits of the city to wilfully kill, or administer poison to any domestic animal without the consent of the owner thereof or to expose any poisonous substance within the city limits with the intention and for the purpose of having any domestic animal partaking of the same. (Ord. 5 § 6, 1919)
