A. The mayor or one-half (1/2) plus one of the membership of the council may call special meetings, the object of which must be submitted to the members in writing and the call, object and disposition thereof shall be entered in the journal by the clerk.
B. If the regular meeting day is a holiday, the meeting shall be held on the following day at the regular hour. (Ord. 224 § 4, 1967)
