6.08.200: INTERFERENCE WITH ENFORCEMENT PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person to interfere with, molest, hinder or prevent the code enforcement officer or police officer in the discharge of their duties as prescribed in this chapter, or to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. Violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine allowed by state statute, plus court costs. (Ord. 510 § 1, 2003)
