6.08.160: IMPROPER CARE PROHIBITED:
Any person who owns or keeps and maintains any dogs within the city limits in such a manner as to be offensive to other persons on account of noise or odors or otherwise, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 510 § 1, 2003)
