6.08.150: NOISY DOGS:
   A.   No person, persons, firm or corporation shall own, keep or harbor any dog which by loud, continued or frequent barking, howling or yelping annoys or disturbs any neighborhood or person; provided, however, that the person so disturbed shall sign a formal complaint.
   B.   This section shall not apply to the municipal dog pound or veterinary hospitals.
   C.   No person who owns or keeps any dog within the city limits shall allow said dog to be loud or to continuously bark, howl or yelp to annoy or disturb any neighborhood or person.
   D.   Every person who keeps, maintains or harbors a dog shall maintain his premises including, but not limited to, dog pens or runs, in a clean and sanitary condition so that they are not offensive, a harborage for vermin, malodorous or a health hazard.
   E.   Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, upon conviction thereof, and shall pay a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per offense. (Ord. 608, 2014)
