6.08.060: PENALTY:

Any person violating the provisions of sections 6.08.020 through 6.08.050 of this chapter, inclusive, shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction thereof, shall pay a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per offense. (Ord. 608, 2014)
