6.04.080: PROHIBITED TYPES DESIGNATED:
No person shall own, possess or maintain under his control within the city limits, any live animal falling within any of the following groups:
   A.   Poisonous reptiles;
   B.   Any snake of the constrictor genus;
   C.   Any carnivorous mammal, except for domestic dogs and cats. (Ord. 609, 2014)
