Any permit granted under this chapter shall be subject to revocation by the city council. If any person violates any provision of this chapter, then written notice specifying the violation and fixing a date for hearing before the city council shall be given the violator at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing date, and after the hearing is held the city council may revoke any permit granted under this chapter for any violation of the provisions of this article and after the revocation it is unlawful to keep or maintain any such animal within the limits of the city.
