A. The penalty for violation of any ordinance of the city, providing such violation to be unlawful, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment, except where otherwise provided.
B. Each day of such violation constitutes a separate offense.
C. Cease of city utilities for non-compliance of any ordinances of the city may occur following fourteen (14) consecutive days, of documented notice of posting of property and regular mail notice. (Ord. 428, 1988: Ord. 380, 1981; Ord. 677 § 1, 2023)
