§ 150.30 INSPECTIONS.
   Local inspectors shall make as many inspections thereof as necessary to stratify that the work has been done according to the provisions of any applicable state and local law and of the terms of the permit. The inspector shall have the right to enter on any premises with the jurisdiction of the Planning and Inspections Department at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection or other enforcement action, upon presentation of proper credentials. Any inspection performed under the authority of this chapter shall be subject to the restriction names in G.S. § 160D-403. (G.S. § 160-1113)
