Each northerly and southerly street south of Ocean Bay Boulevard shall be assigned the prefix “South.” Each northerly and southerly street north of Ocean Bay Boulevard shall be assigned the prefix “North.” Each easterly and westerly street west of Croatan Highway shall be assigned the prefix “West.” Each easterly and westerly street east of Croatan Highway shall be assigned the prefix “East.”
