§ 150.27 BUILDING PERMIT FEES.

All building permit fees shall be paid, along with all other required town fees, prior to the issuance of any permit. All permits shall be consistent with the North Carolina Uniform Building Code. The fee schedule shall be kept on file in the Town Clerk’s office.
