§ 150.22 SAND HAULING.
   (A)   A contractor must obtain written permission from the property owner for hauling sand prior to any issuance of a permit. Contractors owning property from which sand is removed shall obtain a sand hauling permit, which shall be issued subject to the regulations of the State Division of Mining and Quarry. The contractor is responsible for availing himself of these regulations by contacting such agency.
   (B)   The procedure for obtaining and hauling sand shall be as follows:
      (1)   Dunes shall be rounded off to prevent any dangerous areas of cave-in or steep incline;
      (2)   Sand shall be hauled from a level no lower than the adjoining street elevation;
      (3)   All streets used in hauling shall be maintained and repaired if they are damaged by hauling; and
      (4)   Hauling shall be done on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
