§ 150.05 BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   (A)   Office created; appointment; designation of duties. The office of Building Inspector is created. The Town Manager shall appoint the Inspector and designate the general duties of the Building Inspectors. (`88 Code, § 4-41)
   (B)   Powers. The Building Inspector shall possess all the power conferred and perform all the duties prescribed by state law. He shall possess such further power and perform such further duties as may be prescribed by the Board. The Inspector or his deputies shall have the right to enter at all reasonable times any building, structure or premises within the town for the purposes of inspecting or in the performance of his duties, upon presentation of proper credentials as provided in G.S. §§ 160D-1113 and 160D-1117.    (C)   The Building Inspectors shall comply with conflict of interest standards in § 153.364.
