§ 150.04 CONSTRUCTION PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN AREAS.
   (A)   No person shall build upon any lot or parcel that abuts a dedicated street right-of-way that is designated as unimproved by the current year’s Powell Bill Map.
   (B)   No person shall build upon a lot or parcel that does not have public water available at street-side.
   (C)   No person shall build upon any lot or parcel in violation of any other applicable section of this chapter.
