(B) After foundation installation, no work shall continue until the person holding the building permit presents to the Building Inspector an "as built foundation" survey by a registered surveyor which affirmatively shows that the building or structure is located in accordance with the application for the permit and that the front, side and rear line setbacks, as well as other requirements of this chapter, have been complied with and that such structure is properly located on its lot or parcel of land in accordance with this chapter.
