§ 116.06 CONDITIONS OF REVOCATION.

This franchise may be revoked only upon failure of the company to remedy any breach of its terms within 30 days after receiving notice in writing of such breach from the town or, if the breach cannot reasonably be cured within 30 days, the company must begin the cure within the 30-day period and thereafter proceed to complete the cure with due diligence.
